We deliver our cars according to the season with the appropriate summer or winter tires. In these few cases, we will of course organize the tire change for you as soon as the next summer/winter is approaching during your rental period.

The deductible can be reduced to 500€ or to 0€. Corresponding monthly rates per option will be sent to you in the confirmation for selection.

In addition to a comprehensive liability insurance, your car is fully insured. The deductible for partial and fully comprehensive damage is 1.000€ or 2.000 €.

Please notify us immediately of any damage, otherwise the insurance coverage will expire and we may have to charge you for the damage. We will of course take care of the damage with the insurance company and our workshop network.

Your subscription rate already includes vehicle wear and tear, such as tires. Even signs of use such as minor scratches on door handles or in the interior are included. Additional costs are incurred if we have to repair damage before we can give the car to the next customer. This means dents that need to be squeezed, scratches that need to be painted, or stone chips that need repair will be charged. For damages that we can handle through insurance, such as windshield replacement, the appropriate deductible will apply per damage.

You can cancel 30 days before expiration in writing by e-mail.

Parking tickets are first sent to us and we immediately forward them to you. In case of a reminder, the responsible authority will contact you in the further course.

Depending on the model and capacity utilization, the selected vehicle is usually available the next day.

The rental vehicle may only be used in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg.

The registration of additional drivers is free of charge. Additional drivers can be registered at the beginning of the rental period.
